Amazon MSK adds support for Apache Kafka version 3.8

Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (Amazon MSK) has added support for Apache Kafka version 3.8, offering new capabilities for users:
- Create new clusters using version 3.8 in KRAFT or ZooKeeper mode
- Upgrade existing ZooKeeper-based clusters to version 3.8
- New support for compression level configuration
- Enables optimization of performance for compression types like lz4, zstd, and gzip
- Available in all AWS regions where Amazon MSK is supported
This update allows developers to more easily manage Kafka clusters with improved performance and configuration options, reducing operational overhead while maintaining flexibility.
