- Customers can now use local China UnionPay credit cards to create AWS accounts
- Billing will be processed in Chinese Yuan currency
- Users must enter a China-based address and billing country
- Personal identity or business license verification is required
- Simplifies account creation for Chinese customers without needing international credit cards
