AWS has released the 2024 H2 IRAP (Information Security Registered Assessors Program) report on AWS Artifact for Australian customers, with key highlights including:

• Six new AWS services assessed at the PROTECTED level
• Total of 164 services now assessed at PROTECTED level
• Newly assessed services include AWS CodeConnections, AWS HealthLake, Amazon Kinesis Video Streams, and others
• IRAP documentation pack developed in accordance with Australian Cyber Security Centre guidance
• Updated AWS Consumer Guide and Reference Architectures whitepaper also included

The report aims to help Australian customers and partners plan and assess risk for cloud workloads, providing enhanced security compliance documentation.
