AWS has announced several upgrades to the Amazon Q Business integrations for Slack and Microsoft Teams:

• Support for multiple integrations within a single workspace or organization
• Ability to deploy and test up to ten integrations simultaneously
• Free text feedback functionality to monitor user satisfaction
• Improved response and source formatting
• Support for larger file attachments with user queries

These enhancements allow customers to create separate integrations for testing, production, and different user groups, while providing a more seamless and configurable experience across Slack and Teams platforms.
