<li>Enables creation of 'Network' Ingress Endpoints by specifying VPC endpoint ID</li>
<li>Optional authentication for PrivateLink connections</li>
<li>Supports dual-stack (IPv4 and IPv6) connectivity by default</li>
<li>Available in all 17 AWS Regions where Mail Manager is launched</li>
<li>No additional SES fees, though standard VPC and PrivateLink charges may apply</li>
