Amazon Connect outbound campaigns now supports Poland

Amazon Connect has expanded its Outbound Campaigns service to support calling in Poland, specifically in the Europe (Frankfurt) and Europe (London) regions.

  • Enables proactive communication through voice, SMS, and email
  • Supports use cases like delivery notifications, marketing, appointment reminders, and debt collection
  • Offers real-time audience segmentation using unified customer data
  • Provides an intuitive UI for campaign management, targeting, and analytics
  • Eliminates complex integrations and direct AWS Console access
  • Can be enabled within the AWS Connect Console

This expansion makes Amazon Connect the only Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform offering native support for both inbound and outbound engagement across multiple channels in a single application.
