AWS Deadline Cloud now supports running Docker containers from Amazon ECS on Linux-based service-managed fleets for compute-intensive workloads.
- Customers can bring their own Docker container images directly to Deadline Cloud
- Supports any containerized software including rendering tools like Blender and AI workloads like NVIDIA Isaac Sim
- Service-managed fleets automatically deploy containerized software on worker instances at scale
- Job templates don't require container commands or image references, enabling seamless local-to-cloud workflow
- Available in all AWS Regions where Deadline Cloud is offered
This enables faster deployment of existing containerized workflows to fully managed render and compute farms without additional changes.
