Partner Revenue Measurement adds Multi-Partner support to Resource Tagging
News
This article announces multi-Partner support for Partner Revenue Measurement (PRM) Resource Tagging, enabling multiple AWS Partners to receive revenue attribution for the same AWS resource.
- Previously, only one Partner could be tagged per resource using the aws-apn-id key
- New tagging format aws-apn-id-<partner-central-aws-account-id> allows multiple Partners to tag the same resource
- Each tagged Partner receives revenue attribution when multiple Partners contribute to a workload
- Existing aws-apn-id key continues to work without changes
- Available in all commercial AWS regions
- Revenue appears in the Attributed Revenue Dashboard under Resource Tagging method
Multi-Partner support enables co-delivery scenarios where consulting and software Partners can both receive proper revenue attribution for shared workloads.
