- Summary tab displays dataset properties, refresh status, access settings, and data sources
- Row-level and column-level security configuration available in Summary tab
- Refresh tab enables manual refresh or scheduled refreshes with full/incremental options
- Incremental refresh updates only specified portions for faster insights
- Refresh History section tracks past refresh status, duration, and row counts
- Permissions tab manages user and group access with viewer or owner roles
- Usage tab shows which analyses, dashboards, and users access the dataset
- Centralized management simplifies dataset administration for authors and administrators
The new interface provides a clearer, more organized dataset management experience now generally available across all QuickSight regions.
