  • Up to 15% faster performance than comparable Intel processors from other cloud providers
  • Built-in accelerators: AMX for deep learning, DSA for data movement, IAA for analytics, QAT for encryption
  • M7i supports up to 128 EBS volumes versus 28 on M6i instances
  • Available in US East, US West, and Europe Ireland regions with expansion planned
  • Offered via On-Demand, Reserved Instance, Savings Plan, and Spot purchasing options
