- API Destinations now available in Spain, Zurich, Jakarta, Osaka, Hyderabad, and UAE regions
- Send events to any HTTP APIs for self-managed or SaaS applications
- Built-in authorization eliminates need for custom authorization code
- Specify URL and connection details; authorization handled automatically
- Input transformations format payloads before invoking HTTP APIs
- Rate limiting aligns with third-party API limits
EventBridge API Destinations now reach more regions, enabling easier event routing to external HTTP endpoints with simplified authorization and rate management.
