AWS CodePipeline has expanded its source control provider support by adding GitLab.com integration, allowing developers to build, test, and deploy code changes using the service.
- Users can now connect their GitLab.com account using AWS CodeStar Connections
- Pipeline executions will automatically start when repository changes occur
- This extends existing source control provider support, which includes AWS CodeCommit, Bitbucket Cloud, GitHub.com, and GitHub Enterprise Server
- The feature is available in most AWS regions, with a few exceptions
The integration enables developers to streamline their continuous delivery process by leveraging GitLab repositories with AWS CodePipeline's automation capabilities.
