- R5b instances offer up to 96 vCPUs, 768 GB memory, 60 GB/s EBS bandwidth, and 256,000 IOPS
- X2iedn instances provide 32:1 memory-to-vCPU ratio with up to 128 vCPUs and 4 TB memory
- X2iedn supports up to 3.8 TB NVMe instance store for temporary tablespaces and Database Smart Flash Cache
- Customers can right-size to smaller instances while maintaining performance and reducing licensing costs
- Designed for Oracle workloads requiring high IO and large in-memory data processing
