This article announces expanded language support for Amazon Connect Cases, a customer service management tool.

  • Nine new languages now supported: Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish
  • UI accessible in any Amazon Connect-supported language regardless of AWS Region
  • Available in seven AWS Regions: US East, US West, Asia Pacific (Singapore/Sydney), Canada, Europe (Frankfurt/London)

Amazon Connect Cases now provides multilingual support, enabling global teams to use the service in their preferred language.
