Amazon VPC IPAM now supports enabling IPAM for organizational units within AWS Organizations

AWS has expanded Amazon VPC IP Address Manager (IPAM) capabilities to support enabling IPAM for specific organizational units (OUs) within AWS Organizations.
- Allows selective IPAM enablement for specific workload types or business subsidiaries
- Enables more granular IP address management across an organization
- Useful for excluding certain OUs like sandbox environments from IPAM tracking
- Supports onboarding selected business units at different times
- Available in all AWS Regions, including China and GovCloud regions
This feature provides organizations more flexibility in managing and monitoring IP addresses across their AWS infrastructure.
