AWS Systems Manager has expanded its support to include three new operating system versions:
- Windows Server 2025
- Ubuntu Server 24.04
- Ubuntu Server 24.10
Key features now available for these operating systems include:
- Fleet Manager
- Compliance
- Inventory
- Hybrid Activations
- Session Manager
- Run Command
- State Manager
- Patch Manager
- Distributor
The feature is available in all AWS Regions where Systems Manager is supported, providing comprehensive node management capabilities for these new operating system versions.
