AWS has announced a new Apache Flink connector for Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus, enabling advanced metrics management and real-time observability.

  • Allows sending processed data from Apache Flink to Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus
  • Supports managing metrics data cardinality by pre-processing raw data
  • Compatible with Apache Flink version 1.19 and later
  • Provides serverless, scalable monitoring without infrastructure management
  • Enables real-time data transformation and analysis

The new connector simplifies performance monitoring by integrating Apache Flink with Prometheus-compatible metrics management, streamlining observability for cloud workloads.
