AWS has announced launch partners for Resource Control Policies (RCPs), a new policy type in AWS Organizations designed to help customers centrally restrict external access to AWS resources.
- Five AWS Security Competency Partners have integrated RCPs into their solutions
- Partners include Tenable, Sonrai, Wiz, Rapid7, and SentinelOne
- RCPs complement Service Control Policies (SCPs) by providing central control over AWS resource permissions
- Partner solutions help customers: • Gain centralized resource control • Operationalize security • Simplify policy enforcement • Enhance cloud governance
The integration allows for more sophisticated access management, risk mitigation, and security monitoring across AWS environments.
