Amazon Q Business is introducing two significant updates to enhance business productivity:
- New AI-powered workflow automation capability (coming soon)
- Over 50 new action integrations across 11 popular business applications
Key features of the workflow automation include:
- Creating complex workflows using natural language, SOPs, or recorded videos
- Generating detailed workflow plans with generative AI in minutes
- Visual drag-and-drop workflow design interface
- Ability to integrate API calls, UI actions, and AI agents
- Performance tracking through a monitoring dashboard
The new action integrations support platforms like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty, allowing users to perform tasks across multiple applications directly within Amazon Q Business.
