Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) has announced Deterministic Easy DKIM (DEED), a new feature that simplifies email domain authentication across multiple AWS Regions.
- Allows customers to use the same domain identity across multiple AWS Regions without additional DNS changes
- Reduces risk of manual DNS management errors
- Primarily beneficial for multinational companies and independent software vendors (ISVs)
- Enables shared access to core domain identities for email sending from different global subsidiaries
- Available across all commercial AWS Regions where SES is supported
DEED expands on the existing Easy DKIM solution, providing more flexible and simplified domain authentication for email services.
