Research and Engineering Studio on AWS Version 2024.12 now available

AWS has released Research and Engineering Studio (RES) Version 2024.12 with significant improvements to identity management and access control:
- Dynamic Active Directory configuration at runtime
- Amazon Cognito users can now launch Linux virtual desktops
- Administrators can configure SSH access to virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
- New Identity Management page for AD parameter management
- Optional AD parameters that can be changed post-deployment
- Ability to add LDAP filters for user and group synchronization
- SSH access to VDI sessions is now deactivated by default
The update provides more flexible identity management and enhanced control over user access in the RES environment.
