AWS has released Kinesis Producer Library (KPL) version 1.0, which now supports the AWS SDK for Java 2.x, providing improved performance and security features.
- Supports AWS SDK for Java 2.x
- Eliminates dependency on AWS SDK for Java 1.x
- Allows upgrading applications without changing core data processing logic
- Works with Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, a serverless data streaming service
- Enables high write throughput through data aggregation and batching
KPL 1.0 is now available in all AWS regions, offering developers an enhanced library for streaming data processing.
