AWS launched the Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance Program in Brazil to address talent shortages and prepare students for technology jobs through strategic collaboration with educational institutions and employers.

  • Program aims to democratize access to technology qualifications
  • Engaged 1050 educational institutions and 250,000 learners worldwide
  • Impacted over 10,000 learners in Brazil since 2023
  • Collaborated with 116 educational institutions to modernize curriculum
  • Focuses on cloud computing, technical, and soft skills training

Key initiatives include the AWS Women in Cloud program, which has trained over 1,100 women in cloud computing and supported career transitions, and the Career Without Barriers program for talents with disabilities.
