News

AWS Network Firewall now supports dual-stack endpoints for its management API, allowing connections using IPv6, IPv4, or both.

  • Dual stack support enables gradual transition from IPv4 to IPv6
  • Supports private access through AWS PrivateLink
  • New DNS domain name for dual-stack endpoints
  • Existing endpoints maintained for backward compatibility
  • No additional charges for IPv6 client connections

This update provides more flexibility for network infrastructure management, allowing organizations to modernize their network protocols without complete system overhauls.
