AWS Security Hub has integrated with Amazon Route 53 Resolver DNS Firewall, enhancing security monitoring capabilities for DNS queries across AWS accounts.

  • Enables security findings for blocked or alerted DNS queries from Amazon VPCs
  • Supports three new finding types for security alerts
  • Can detect queries associated with: • AWS Managed Domain Lists • Customer domain lists • Threats identified by Route 53 Resolver DNS Firewall Advanced
  • Provides a centralized view of security findings across multiple AWS services
  • Available in all AWS Regions where Route 53 Resolver DNS Firewall is supported

This integration allows organizations to more effectively monitor and respond to potential DNS-related security threats.
