AWS has renewed its Multi-Tier Cloud Security (MTCS) Level 3 certification under the SS584:2020 standard for several key regions, highlighting its commitment to cloud security.

  • Renewed certification covers Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Seoul), and US regions
  • AWS increased in-scope services from 145 to 184, a 27% growth since 2021
  • MTCS is the world's first multi-tiered cloud security standard
  • Certification mandated by Singapore government for public sector and regulated organizations
  • Level 3 certification provides the most stringent security controls for sensitive data

This renewal enables AWS customers in regulated industries to securely host sensitive applications and systems with high confidence in cloud security standards.
