AWS Amplify Hosting has launched IAM compute roles for server-side rendered (SSR) applications, providing enhanced security and integration capabilities.
- Enables secure credential management for SSR applications
- Allows direct integration with AWS services like Secrets Manager and Parameter Store
- Supports database connections to RDS and DynamoDB
- Provides granular permission controls
- Offers branch-specific role configurations
The feature is now available across 20 AWS Amplify Hosting regions, giving developers more flexibility and security when building server-side rendered applications.
