Amazon Elastic Beanstalk has expanded its support to include Windows Server 2025 and Windows Server Core 2025 environments for application deployment.

  • Pre-configured with .NET Framework 4.8.1 and .NET 8.0
  • Offers the latest Long Term Support (LTS) .NET version
  • Provides enhanced security features and performance improvements
  • Deployable through Elastic Beanstalk Console, CLI, API, or AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio
  • Generally available in commercial regions, including AWS GovCloud (US) Regions

This update enables developers to leverage the newest Windows Server platforms with modern .NET technologies for their cloud applications.
