AWS has announced the availability of Mistral-Small-24B-Instruct-2501, a large language model (LLM), on Amazon SageMaker JumpStart and Amazon Bedrock Marketplace.

  • 24 billion parameter model optimized for low-latency text generation
  • Released under Apache 2.0 license with 32k token context window
  • Achieves over 81% accuracy on Massive Multitask Language Understanding (MMLU)
  • Designed for conversational assistance and rapid function execution
  • Can be deployed through SageMaker Studio or Amazon Bedrock

The model is particularly suited for customer service automation, interactive assistance, and scenarios requiring quick, accurate responses with near real-time interactions.
