- Protects critical applications like e-commerce and financial services websites
- Supports protection for multiple AWS resources including:
- CloudFront distributions
- API Gateway REST APIs
- Application Load Balancers
- AppSync GraphQL APIs
- App Runner
- Verified Access
- Cognito user pools
- Part of AWS WAF web application firewall service
- Helps prevent availability issues and security compromises
The expansion provides government and sensitive enterprise customers with enhanced bot protection in dedicated secure regions.
