- Developers can extract custom insights like summaries, key topics, intents, and sentiment from voice conversations
- Blueprints allow specifying desired output fields, data formats, and extraction instructions
- Applicable to various audio types like customer calls, clinical discussions, and meetings
- Use cases include improving employee productivity, reducing compliance costs, and enhancing customer experience
- Currently available in US West (Oregon) and US East (N. Virginia) AWS Regions
The feature enables automated, customizable insight generation from audio content using generative AI technology.
