AWS HealthOmics now supports output mapping files for CWL workflows

AWS HealthOmics has enhanced its Common Workflow Language (CWL) support by introducing automatic generation of comprehensive outputs.json mapping files for workflow runs.

  • Automatically generates mapping files for all workflow outputs
  • Provides precise locations of outputs in Amazon S3
  • Simplifies downstream process automation and validation
  • Eliminates need for manual tracking or custom parsing scripts
  • Supported in multiple regions including US, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Israel

This feature enables researchers and bioinformaticians to more efficiently track and access workflow results, reducing errors and saving time when working with complex bioinformatics workflows.
