Amazon Redshift now enables cluster relocation by default for RA3 provisioned clusters

Amazon Redshift has introduced a new default feature for RA3 provisioned clusters: automatic cluster relocation across Availability Zones.
- Enables moving clusters to another AZ when resource constraints disrupt operations
- Maintains the same endpoint to prevent application modifications
- Provides additional availability protection beyond existing failure recovery mechanisms
- Applies to new clusters and snapshots by default
- Can be managed via AWS Management Console, CLI, or API
- Available at no extra cost in all regions supporting RA3 instance types
This enhancement improves Amazon Redshift's resilience by automatically handling Availability Zone-level disruptions while ensuring minimal impact on application operations.
