AWS has expanded its Direct Connect services in Taipei, Republic of China (ROC), with two significant infrastructure updates:

<li>Added 10 Gbps and 100 Gbps MACsec encryption services at an existing Chunghwa Telecom data center</li>
<li>Now offers three Direct Connect locations in ROC</li>
<li>Provides private, direct network connections to AWS public regions, GovCloud, and Local Zones</li>
<li>Enables dedicated network connections with enhanced security and performance</li>
</ul>
