Amazon CloudWatch agent adds support for EBS detailed performance statistics

Amazon CloudWatch agent now supports collecting detailed performance statistics for EBS volumes attached to EC2 instances and EKS nodes.
- Collects NVMe-based metrics including queue depth, operations count, bytes sent/received, and I/O operation times
- Provides granular visibility into volume I/O performance
- Enables customers to analyze I/O patterns and track performance trends
- Supports creating custom dashboards and setting up performance-based alarms
- Available for all EBS volumes on Nitro-based EC2 instances in AWS Commercial and GovCloud regions
The enhancement helps customers proactively identify and troubleshoot application performance bottlenecks, improving storage performance and resiliency.
