AWS Partner Network Blog

AWS has launched Internal Access Findings, a new feature of IAM Access Analyzer that provides enhanced visibility into internal resource access within organizations.

  • Uses automated reasoning to evaluate multiple policies
  • Generates findings for access to S3, DynamoDB, and RDS resources
  • Provides a unified dashboard for quick remediation
  • Helps strengthen access controls for critical resources

Five AWS Security Competency Partners have integrated this new capability into their solutions, including Cyera, Orca Security, Ping Identity, Saviynt, and Wiz. These integrations aim to improve cloud security, identity management, and compliance by offering:

  • Comprehensive visibility into internal access paths
  • Quick identification of overly permissive access
  • Streamlined compliance monitoring
  • Enhanced cloud governance and risk management
