Amazon QuickSight has introduced enhanced granular access controls for exports and reports, providing administrators more flexibility in managing data export policies.
- New options to customize access for different export content types
- Administrators can control permissions for:
- PDF reports
- CSV and Excel exports
- Dashboard prints
- On-demand and scheduled email reports
- Ability to limit email report attachments
- Option to send notification-only emails with content links
- Access controls can be applied at user or role levels
These new capabilities help organizations better manage and secure their data export policies within QuickSight.
