AWS has announced the general availability of Billing and Cost Management Dashboards, a new feature in AWS Cost Management that enables customized cost analytics and reporting.
- Allows creation of custom dashboards with multiple visualization widgets
- Supports various widget types including cost, usage, and Savings Plans coverage
- Provides predefined widgets for monthly service costs, EC2 running hours, and daily costs
- Enables dashboard sharing across AWS accounts with view or edit permissions
- Supports up to 20 widgets per dashboard with flexible layout options
The new feature helps organizations analyze AWS spending patterns, identify trends, and make data-driven financial decisions by creating comprehensive cost visualization dashboards.
