TII Falcon-H1 models now available on Amazon Bedrock Marketplace and Amazon SageMaker JumpStart

AWS and the Technology Innovation Institute (TII) have announced the availability of Falcon-H1 models on Amazon Bedrock Marketplace and Amazon SageMaker JumpStart, providing developers with a new suite of AI models.
- Six instruction-tuned Falcon-H1 models available, ranging from 0.5B to 34B parameters
- Hybrid architecture combining traditional attention mechanisms with State Space Models (SSMs)
- Native support for 18 languages with up to 256,000 context length
- Designed for faster inference, lower memory usage, and strong generalization capabilities
- Released under the Falcon LLM license, promoting open-source accessibility
The models can be deployed through Amazon Bedrock Marketplace or SageMaker JumpStart, offering developers flexible options for integrating these advanced AI models into their applications.
