Amazon QuickSight has launched a new visual data preparation experience that enables business users to perform advanced data transformations without complex coding.
- Allows users to clean, transform, and combine data in multi-step workflows
- Supports advanced operations like appending tables, aggregating data, and flexible joins
- Enables step-by-step tracking of data transformations
- Expanded dataset sources from 3 to 10 levels for reusable transformation logic
- Increased cross-source join capacity from 1GB to 20GB
The feature is available for QuickSight Author and Author Pro customers across multiple global regions, providing more flexible and powerful data preparation capabilities.
