This article announces that Amazon CloudWatch Container Insights now supports sub-minute GPU metrics for AI and ML workloads on Amazon EKS.
- GPU metrics can be collected at configurable sub-minute frequencies in seconds
- Enables monitoring of short-lived GPU workloads lasting less than 60 seconds
- Provides granular visibility into ML inference jobs and GPU resource utilization
- Helps optimize GPU resources and troubleshoot performance issues
- Available in all AWS Commercial Regions and AWS GovCloud (US)
- No additional cost for this feature
This enhancement allows customers to monitor and optimize GPU-intensive containerized workloads with greater precision and visibility.
