This article announces the general availability of Amazon Nova Forge, a new service enabling users to build custom frontier models using Nova on SageMaker AI.

• Start model development from early Nova checkpoints at pre-training, mid-training, or post-training phases
• Blend proprietary data with Amazon Nova-curated data for training
• Execute Reinforcement Fine Tuning (RFT) with custom reward functions
• Implement custom safety guardrails using built-in responsible AI toolkit
• Build models understanding proprietary knowledge while preserving general capabilities
• Early access to new Nova models including Nova 2 Pro and Nova 2 Omni
• Available in US East (N. Virginia) with expansion to additional regions planned
