  • Eight sizes available from 2–96 vCPUs with 64–3,072 GiB memory
  • Up to 75 Gbps network bandwidth and 60 Gbps EBS bandwidth
  • Up to 8 TB local NVMe SSD storage for faster processing
  • Now available in US West (Oregon) and Asia Pacific (Tokyo) regions
  • Purchasable as On-Demand, Savings Plan, Spot, or Dedicated Instances

X8aedz instances provide high-performance computing for memory-intensive workloads, particularly EDA and database applications requiring fast single-threaded processing.
