  • 46% higher performance for I/O intensive database workloads
  • 30% faster query results for real-time data analytics
  • Instance Bandwidth Configuration allows flexible 25% allocation between network and EBS
  • C8id ideal for compute-intensive workloads like web servers and video encoding
  • M8id suited for balanced workloads including application servers and microservices
  • R8id ideal for memory-intensive workloads like in-memory databases and analytics
  • Available in US East, US West, and Europe (Frankfurt) regions

These new instances provide significant performance improvements for compute, balanced, and memory-intensive workloads with flexible bandwidth configuration options.
