  • Offer up to 15% better price-performance than 7th generation Intel instances
  • Provide 2.5x more memory bandwidth compared to equivalent previous generation
  • Available only on AWS with custom Intel Xeon 6 processors
  • Can modify existing instances or create new ones via RDS Management Console, SDK, or CLI
