- Subscribe at service level; subscriptions automatically cover all underlying features
- Notifications delivered via in-app alerts and weekly email digests
- Manage subscriptions through Settings > Notifications in AWS Builder Center
- Use cases include tracking launches, monitoring Regional parity, and planning migrations
- Available at no cost to all authenticated users with a Builder ID
