- Browser Operation Agent accesses HR system, performs operations, and collects evidence on behalf of customers
- Migrated from LangGraph and ECS to AgentCore Runtime for improved scalability and multi-tenancy support
- Browser Operation Agent reduced costs by up to 97% through prompt caching and model optimization
- Implemented Strands Agents for flexible agent behavior with minimal implementation complexity
- Switched to AgentCore Observability, eliminating operational costs of self-hosted Langfuse monitoring
- Used Amazon DynamoDB and Cognito for tenant management and authentication
- Placed AgentCore Runtime in VPC with NAT gateway for secure IP-restricted access to HR system
The collaboration successfully streamlined AI agent development, enabling WHI to focus on business logic while achieving substantial cost savings and improved operational efficiency.
