Amazon Cognito now allows self-service adjustment of provisioned API rate limits on demand to match application traffic patterns.
- Adjust rate limits up or down immediately through the Cognito console or new limit provisioning API operations
- Previously required manual Service Quotas requests with advance planning for traffic spikes
- Available for adjustable API categories across all AWS Regions where Cognito is available
- Changes take effect immediately without manual review delays
