Amazon OpenSearch Service now supports one-click migration from legacy OpenSearch Dashboards to OpenSearch UI, enabling zero-downtime transition for both domains and serverless collections.
- Migrate multiple tenants and thousands of saved objects without manual recreation
- Move existing dashboards into new or existing OpenSearch UI workspaces
- Convert multiple tenants into single workspace or keep separate for different teams
- Available in all AWS Regions where OpenSearch UI is supported
This migration capability reduces operational complexity and makes saved objects reusable across the new serverless interface for search and observability.
