AWS Entity Resolution now supports advanced real-time matching with complex rulesets through the GenerateMatchId API, enabling millisecond-level entity matching.

  • Advanced matching workflows with Exact and ExactManyToMany operators combined with AND/OR logic now work in real-time
  • Previously, advanced rulesets were limited to batch processing taking minutes to hours
  • Enable advanced real-time matching by setting enableRealTimeMatching parameter to true on matching workflows
  • No new endpoints or application re-architecture required
  • Supports fraud detection, real-time account lookup, and website personalization use cases
  • Available in all AWS Regions where Entity Resolution is offered

Customers can now perform sophisticated entity resolution in real-time without maintaining separate infrastructure or migrating existing applications.
